A home for a home on the Costa del Sol

As a real estate agent we will do our utmost to find you the perfect property on the Costa del Sol – an apartment, villa or finca in which you can really feel at home. We wish to offer less fortunate local children and animals that same homely feeling. That is why we donate 2.5% of our commission to a local children’s or animal charity in the province of Málaga. A charity you can choose. That way we offer a home for a home on the Costa del Sol.

Donation to local charities

We feel we should give something back to our community. If you purchase your property via us we therefore donate 2.5% of our commission to a local charity. Not to a large, faceless organization, but to small initiatives in the province of Málaga so we can be sure our (and your) contribution is well spent.

A better home for children and animals

Do you want children to feel more at home? Then we would like to make a contribution to the food bank of Málaga on your behalf. Would you rather make a contribution to neglected dogs, cats or horses in the province of Málaga? Then you can select one of three local private animal shelters for a donation. These are the four charities:

• Bancosol Málaga is the local food bank of Málaga. This organization collects food (for instance from local food companies) to disseminate among tens of thousands of local children and their families.
• Animal shelter Animals in Distress is a small shelter for cats and dogs. The shelter is run by an English couple and a network of volunteers who provide care for the animals in their own homes. Animals in Distress is located in Coín.
• Horse rescue ARCH rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes horses and donkeys. ARCH (which stands for ‘Andalucian Rescue Centre for Horses’) is located in Alhaurín el Grande and is staffed entirely by volunteers.
• Animal shelter ACE, which stands for ‘Animal Care España’, is based in Mijas Costa and is run by the Belgian Fabienne Paques and Dutchman Ton van den Broek. They visit local killing stations to save as many cats and dogs as they can – and give them a new home.

How does it work?

If you buy your property via us, we receive a fee (which is paid by the vendor of the property). We donate 2.5% of that commission to one of the four charities mentioned above. Which charity? You decide! This way you get a home on the Costa del Sol – and together we make sure that local children and animals in Málaga have a better home as well. Want to know more?
